Photography
Photographic images are omnipresent in our lives. In this course, students are challenged to see and create interesting pictures, using images to present their unique point of view. Students shoot primarily with digital cameras and edit and print their pictures using computers. Exercises encourage the exploration of light, composition, point of view, etc. as well as introduce the basics of managing digital images. Creative projects, from making pinhole cameras to constructing photo books, allow more in depth exploration in a particular area.
