After School Program
About The After School Program
Meadowbrook offers an After School Program Monday through Thursday from 12:30-5:45 pm and on Friday from 1:00-5:45. Monday through Thursday the program is open to students in Junior Kindergarten (JK) through Grade 5. In addition, students in Grades 6 through 8 may attend a supervised study hall from 4:20-5:45 at no charge. On Fridays, the After School Program is open to students in JK through Grade 5 from 1:00-5:45 pm and Grade 6 through 8 from 3:00-5:45 pm (1:00-5:45 on Fridays when there is all school dismissal at 1:00). While maintaining a safe, unstructured environment, After School provides activities such as a project of the day, blocks, arts and crafts, sand and water table, computer time, indoor and outdoor games, and a snack. There is also an optional Middle School Study Hall from 3:30-4:20 Monday through Thursday for students in grades 3-5.

About the After School Contract
There are two options in which to enroll in the After School Program: If you would like to contract your child for After School, you may do so by filling out a contract. You can print one out from the website or pick one up at After School Program located downstairs in the MacDowell Center. If you would like to use the drop in-option for After School, you may do so by submitting a Pink Note with your child. There is an option on the back of the Pink Note for After School. You may schedule to use the drop in option up to a month in advance. **Please note: There is no guarantee for drop in space availability.**
**Please note: There is a late charge of $25.00 for every 15 minutes after 5:45 pm.**
