When and where is the event?

Join us on Saturday, October 17, from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. at Meadowbrook. Please enter through the Patel Family Rotunda for registration, and proceed to the Dining Room for the party. Please consider taking an Uber or Lyft.

What is festive attire?

Festive attire is a fun way of saying dressy but not overly formal. Think of it as a balance between business casual and semi-formal -- polished and put together, yet still relaxed and comfortable. 

What will be served by Chef Jon and his team?

We will offer a festive fare of heavy hors d’oeuvres and food stations for all to enjoy, along with a full bar and a signature libation. Come hungry - you won’t leave that way! 

What is the party timeline?

6:30 p.m. - Heavy hors d’oeuvres. Food stations. Festive libations.

7:30 - 7:50 p.m. - Remarks to celebrate last year’s success and debut the 2026-2027 Meadowbrook Fund!

7:50 - 9:30 p.m. - Great music by our DJ, along with food stations and dessert.
